Target Audience: Alumni and Retirees.

1. Effective June 1, 2024, OneDrive service will no longer be available to alumni and retirees. However, Exchange mailboxes (@cgu.edu.tw) will remain active.

2. In accordance with operational policy adjustments by Microsoft Taiwan, Microsoft 365 (M365) plans purchased by the university since 2023 will no longer provide Microsoft software download (ESD) services to graduates.

3. Authorization will be automatically adjusted after graduates complete graduation registration with the Registrar's Office and faculty and staff complete retirement or resignation registration with the Personnel Office. This adjustment will cancel M365 usage authorization and OneDrive service, but Exchange mailboxes will not be affected.

4. To ensure the security of user accounts, if an M365 account is not logged in to use any service for 24 consecutive months, authorization will be canceled and the M365 account will be closed.

5. The university's M365 service authorization is provided in accordance with Microsoft Taiwan's policies and the purchased contract plan. Any subsequent changes will be announced separately.
