Target Audience: Faculty, Current Students, Retirees, and Alumni.

In accordance with Microsoft's "Microsoft 365 Education storage changes" policy, starting from August 1, 2024, our university is required to comply with storage capacity adjustments. Please carefully review the following changes:

1. To ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of our university's Microsoft 365 services, starting from July 1, 2024, the storage capacity limit for faculty will be adjusted to 50GB, and for current students, it will be 30GB. As of June 1, 2024, retirees and alumni will no longer have access to OneDrive services (Exchange services will still be retained).

2 .We recommend all users to proactively prepare and backup their data. If the storage capacity exceeds the specified limits, users will only be able to access files in read-only mode, and new uploads, edits, or synchronization to OneDrive will not be possible.
